Russian to English Captioning

We have a film that has two different versions. One in English and the other in Russian. I need the English version transcribed and an .srt file created. I also need the Russian version translated and English subtitles created. The films are slightly different, so one file for both versions won't work.

We need SDH ( Subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing )
