Need Local Tajikistan Assistant to Post Job Ads on Local Platforms (Somon.tj, Telegram, etc.)

Description:
We are a Korean cosmetics company expanding into Tajikistan.
We are looking to hire a local Operations & Registration Coordinator in Dushanbe.
Since we are based in Korea, we are looking for a Tajikistan-based freelancer to assist with job advertisement posting.

Scope of Work:
✔ Identify the most effective local platforms to post job ads (e.g., Somon.tj, job.tj, relevant Telegram channels)
✔ Help post our prepared job advertisement on those platforms
✔ Make small local payments if needed (advertising fees, etc.) — we will reimburse these costs via Freelancer.com
✔ Provide screenshots and links as proof after posting

Requirements:

Must be located in Tajikistan
Fluent in Russian and/or Tajik
Familiar with local online job boards and Telegram channels
Responsible and communicative

Budget:
Please propose your fee for this service (excluding actual advertising costs, which we will reimburse separately).

Note:
We will provide all the job advertisement content (in English, Russian, or Tajik).
This is a simple task, but we expect reliability and clear communication.
