Make some calls on russian agencies

I am looking for a freelancer who can make some calls to Russian agencies on my behalf. The main purpose of these calls is to gather information.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Russian and English or french
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in making business calls and gathering information
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
Script:
I have a script prepared that the freelancer can use during the calls. The script will provide key points and guidelines for the conversation.
Number of Agencies:
The freelancer will need to make calls to 1-3 agencies.
Payment:
Payment will be made on a per-call basis, and further details can be discussed
