Looking for a UGC Actor with Kazakh Appearance (Russian Speaking)

We are looking for someone with a distinctly Kazakh appearance and fluent Russian for a short UGC-style video shoot. It's important that you feel confident on camera, speak clearly, and come across naturally.
Previous on-camera experience is a plus but not required — the key is charisma, the ability to deliver your message with energy, and to connect with the audience in an authentic way. If you have previous work examples or even just a short self-intro video, that would be great!
