Lipreading a 15 sec video in Russian

I am looking for a freelancer who can lipread a 15-second video in Russian. Unfortunately, I do not have a transcript of the audio in the video, so the freelancer will need to rely solely on lipreading skills. There is some background information that may be helpful The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in lipreading and be fluent in Russian. I would prefer a written report of the lipreading results.
