I need an Art project completed ASAP. The task involves transcribing a typed letter into a handwritten format, in the style of Pre-revolutionary (before 1917) Russian.

Key Requirements:
- The letter is to be written by hand in a style typical of the Pre-revolutionary era.
- The handwriting should be legible and authentic, reflecting the time period.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
