Fluent Russian-English Translator for Live Calls

I am looking to hire a translator who is a native speaker in both Russian and English.
Requirements:
- The translator must be able to participate in live calls with our team in Russia, meaning they need to have excellent conversational fluency in both languages and be able to keep up with the pace of the conversation.
- While not mandatory, it would be a big plus if the translator has some knowledge of online gaming. This experience would help with understanding the context and nuances of our team's discussions, ensuring accurate translations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a translator is a must, and experience with online gaming would be a great advantage.
