3D visualization interface Ruby + Sketchup

We need a Ruby script that can draw a sequence of 3D shapes in Sketchup based on parameters stored in a CSV file. There are two shapes, cuboids and cylinders. Dimensions are the same for all instances but positions and sequence are in the CSV file. We need to visualize the overall shape at various time intervals. Time is in the CSV file and should be displayed in the Sketchup image. We would like to capture a video animation of the sequence, if Sketchup capability allows.
