We need a Ruby function that can create a custom QR Code

We need a Ruby function that we can use in our backend to create a very customizable QR Code.

The function should allow us:

- To create QR Codes similar or better than the QR Codes provided by the components "EasyQRCodeJS-Premium" and ""EasyQRCodeJS"" explained in: https://github.com/ushelp/EasyQRCodeJS.

- To receive the parameters indicated in the previous bullet and other such as "data", "size", "level", and "mode" (used by "RQRCode" gem).

- To customize any element such as Quiet Zone, Position Pattern, Alignment Pattern, Timing Patterns (vertical and horizontal), Logo images (including transparent PNG images), Background Image, title, and subtitle with different colors, shapes, borders, etc.

- To save images in PNG, SVG, and JPG.

The function will be used in our controllers in our backend.
