Upgrades to existing React / Ruby (Docker) / Postgres application

I have an existing application (it's source code) containing a web client (React) a mobile iOS-App, a backend (Ruby inside Docker) which uses a PostgresDB.
The application currently runs inside RedHat OpenShift, but it should be made to run in plain Docker. This is the 1st milestone that needs to be achieved.
The freelancer should understand how the application works and be able to explain this to me including how to deploy it. This is the 2nd milestone.
Then there are a series of small functional changes that need to be implemented, this will be estimated individually and dedicated milestones (additive to the project budget) will be .
Last but not least, the application is currently integrated with an IAM service. This needs to be reconfigured to work with the same IAM, possibly using single sign-on. The authenticaton and authorization infrastructure uses a mix of proprietary IAM systems based on OIDC with Keycloak. This is also on the TODO list and will need an individual estimate.
In case you feel skilled to handle ALL of the above components and their underlying technologies, please place your bid. This is, by no means, a "learning by doing" type of project.
