Rubymine expert

I am looking for a Rubymine expert who can provide ongoing support for debugging code.

Tasks:
- Running existing code
- Refactoring code if necessary
- Writing new code as needed

Requirements:
- Intermediate level of expertise in Rubymine
- Experience in Rubymine IDE
- Experience in debugging code
- Strong knowledge of Ruby programming language
- Familiarity with code refactoring techniques

This is an ongoing support role, so the freelancer should be available for future assistance as well.
