Plusspec, Ruby Sketch, PlusdesignBuild experience

I am looking for a freelancer with experience using Plusspec, Ruby Sketch, and PlusdesignBuild to help me design a modern building layout. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of these software programs and be able to create technical drawings and render visuals for a commercial space. Experience in modern design is preferred.
