I want to delegade some of tasks Ruby On Rails application (Fintech / Cloud Founding)

i want to delegate some of my tasks of coding of Ruby on Rails
(I would help surely and gradually delegate many percentage of my tasks)

im a professional coder of ruby on rails but i have many things to do aside from working.
I speak english and would lovely teach how the application works with frequent converstaion.

But the document is usually Japanese . so Please translate in english with google translate

- there is a flow chart of speculation (but written in japanese)

- hourly 15$ paid , likely 16-20 hours job on a weekly basis
(but i want to project type of tasks)
can accomplish normaly 2.5 days x 8 hours -> 300$ like that

- i would give my AWS environment fully equipped whats necessary to code


- ruby on rails
(Sidekiq job etc)

- rspec capybara (this is mandantory)
