Looking for a freelancer to help me with a Ruby-on-Rails website, which will be hosted on Heroku.com.
I am looking for someone with beginner-level experience with Heroku and RoR to complete it.
The project will involve the upgrading the code to the latest Heroku stack and enabling e-mail to be sent again (which has stopped working).
If successful, there is likely to be more minor work in future.
