build out ecommerce app using ROR

I am looking for someone to help me develop an ecommerce app using Ruby on Rails. This application will need a Payment System, an Inventory Manager, and Account Login features. Additionally, I require an integrated blog for the website. I don't require any design assistance as that is something I can take care of myself.
