Urgent DevOps + ruby Project

I'm urgently in need of a DevOps specialist with solid Ruby on Rails proficiency. Your main responsibilities will involve deployment and testing, server maintenance and monitoring, as well as code optimization and performance tuning.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (essential)
- Strong DevOps experience
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Experience with server maintenance, monitoring, and deployment
- Ability to optimize and fine-tune code performance
- Immediate availability and able to work under pressure

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting deployment and testing processes
- Maintaining and monitoring our servers
- Optimizing and fine-tuning the performance of the code
- Ensuring that our existing infrastructure is in good working order
- Deploying new services and updates
- Ensuring that our services are running efficiently and effectively
