Upgrade rails 4.2.10 app to 6.1.7.3

I have a legacy app on Ruby on Rails 4.2, and I need to migrate it to the latest Rails 6 version.
The app connects to SOAP web services and has e-commerce-like functionalities.
There are no automated tests, and I know that running tests will be complicated. For the purpose of this scope, I need everything configured to work and run with the latest Rails 6 version, with the understanding that some aspects of the code will need to be changed (we can discuss the scope of those changes separately). This means that if a feature of the application is broken after the migration, the task of fixing that feature is not included in the scope.
