Update react rails app mobile responsive design

My team has a Ruby on Rails application that uses react.js on the front end through webpacker. Most of the front end uses Material UI 4. The application is mostly complete, just need the mobile design implemented. You will not have to add any functionality just style existing functionality. We have mockups already, Do not respond if you don't have Ruby on Rails experience at least when it comes to setting up a Rails application locally. please include the term "Cabbage" in you response. This is a long term project, so there will be future work from time to time.
