Update an old CV RoR system

It is a CV system made in RoR and Postgresql. It was made 10 years ago using plenty of gems, some of them no more alive. As it depends on deprecated versions of ruby, RoR and gems, it is being difficult to update it. We need to update it in order to use it and maintain it.
