We have a Ruby based application which uses sidekick to send items over to an API. This is based on Gmail users and the API is gmails send email api.
As part of an audit we need to ensure that for each user no more than 1000 requests are sent out over a period of 120 seconds. If more than 1000 requests are needing to be sent, they are delayed in the queue.
