Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer For Popular Marketing Tool

We're looking for an inquisitive, detail-oriented engineer to join our growing team as a Senior Ruby on Rails full-stack developer.
You'll work with a 100%-remote team distributed across four different continents.

Responsibilities
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Design robust, scalable and secure features
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, refactoring, and code standards)
Collaborate with teammates, and maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure code quality and development alignment.
Collaborate on setting expectations for deadlines, effort-sizing, and stakeholder alignment
Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
Proven work experience in software development
Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as D3.js, StimulusJS, Bootstrap, Foundation
Demonstrable knowledge of Turbolinks and Cloudflare
Knowledge of how to efficiently manage a high-load application running on Heroku
Enough discipline to cover the written functionality with tests using RSpec and Capybara
Experience developing highly interactive applications
A firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and design
Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
Nice to have: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in related field
