Roles and Responsibility:
Certification or Knowledge of a Ruby on Rails developer.
Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and
jQuery.Experience developing highly interactive applications.
A firm grasp of object-oriented analysis and design.
Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code.
Good knowledge of relational databases.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Design robust, scalable, and secure features.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards).
Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in a related field.
Desired Candidate Profile:
LANGUAGES: Ruby (on rails).
FRAMEWORKS: Rails 3.2, Rail 4.2, Rails 5.2 /6.
DATABASE: MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB SERVER.
TESTING TOOL: RSpec.
SCRIPTING/MARKUP LANGUAGES: JS, jQuery, Ajax, CSS, HTML, JSON, XML.
ENVIRONMENT: Aptana Studio 3 /Sublimetext.
CONTROLS/TOOLS: SVN, Git.
