Second Ruby on rails project

I'm looking for development for my second Ruby on Rails project. I already have a wireframe for the project and I do not require any additional functionality such as integrations or APIs. I'm looking for a developer to bring the mockup to life, utilizing their technical skills and creativity. The successful individual will be detail-oriented, have a solid understanding of the language, and be able to work in an efficient and timely manner.
