Ruby on rails boiler plate project

Wanted a ruby on rails boiler plate code base. Which has a multi tenant functionality with subdomain added to it. Each account will have multiple users and authentication should work with authlogic gem. Need a simple signup form for account with initial user and login page for the user. Signup form and the user should be with bootstrap CSS.
