Ruby on rails basic website

I am looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to create a basic website for me. The website should have the following features:

- User authentication: The website should have a login system where users can create an account and log in.
- Database integration: The website should have a database where user information can be stored.

I have a specific design in mind for the website. I will provide the design to the developer for implementation.

There are no 3rd party services that need to be integrated into the website.
