Ruby Web Developer for Help Desk

As an expanding business, we require a proficient Ruby Programmer with a strong background in web development. The purpose of this project is to build an advanced online help desk system based an open source ticket system. And may expand to an SAAS software.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a user-friendly platform using Ruby
- Incorporating three crucial features: ticket management, live chat support, and a knowledge base
- Integrating an AI function that can perform basic tasks
