Ruby SOAP integration -- 2

Hi,

I have a current Ruby on Rails project and I wish to integrate a SOAP API with a 3rd party provider. With this provider I wish to query and update the status of connections. I have attached the API documentation.

I would like a Rails / Ruby project to be submitted that includes a service class that makes such requests so that I can put that file into my project for use.

Please ask any questions that would help you bid for this project.
