Ruby on Rails dynamic questionaire
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like to have a questionnaire build in Ruby on Rails (I will add it to my website).
I would like it to be dynamic, where admin user is able to create and delete new questionnaires.
Admin can choose numer of questions, number of answers in each question, type of a question (multiple choice, single choice, slider, pictures) and then assign a value to each answer.
Each questionnaire would always have same results (7 options, calculated based on answers).
Regular users would only be able to take a questionnaire and see their results.
