Ruby on Rails developer needed to configure two features in APP.

Looking for someone to start soon and complete this project in a week. We have two features that have been coded that needs configuring. The feature allows SMSs to be sent via twilio at certain times to leads.

Also, the feature will change the lead status and move lead to next stage.
