Ruby on Rails developer for updating

I have a Ruby on rails app that is outdated. It currently uses packages that need to be updated. The app also needs to be redeployed with new configuration info. So the main tasks for this initial project (with more to come)
- Update packages used by this project so there's no known vulnerabilities
- Redeploy the app to firebase using updated configuration
