I'm in need of an experienced Rails developer who can offer assistance and guidance asynchronously, primarily through messaging apps like WhatsApp or similar platforms. It would be ideal if you are available during European business hours, specifically from 9 am to 6 pm Central European Time, as these are my primary hours dedicated to study.
