Ruby on Rails 7 basic JavaScript configuration

I’m new to Ruby on Rails. I am using version 7, everything seems to be installed correctly but for some reason even basic JavaScript (likes stimulus hello_controller) doesn’t seem to work. I'm using importmap, I don’t want to use webpack. I would need you to help me figure out what is happening and how to fix it through a video call.
