Ruby on Rails Soap support with Microsoft Dynamic

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me implement SOAP functionality using Ruby on Rails with Microsoft Dynamics. Specifically, I need help with consuming SOAP web services. The project is in the beginning stages, and I am hoping to have it completed in less than a week. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Ruby on Rails programming language and experience in developing applications with SOAP web services. 1. We need a script to connect to Microsoft NAV using SOAP to fetch data from its page API. The Page API will have inventory item data, which you need to print and parse.
2. We expect the developer to write a script that would connect to a locally hosted nav instance over a proxy server.
Dev Requirements
* must be available to work with us 8PM India time
* must be able to do zoom/skype calls to speak via audio and video
* good internet connection
* you must have a good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics
* you must have done this already and be ready to show us proof.
* We will do a screen share call with you to confirm you have knowledge about this.
