Ruby on Rails-Redmine-Plug in upgrade

What we are looking for
* We are looking for a skilled freelancer with experience in Ruby on Rails and Redmine to upgrade our current ALM application.
* Apart from a strong foundation in Ruby on Rail, you have experience in upgrading and maintaining applications.
What you will need to do
* The ALM application is currently on v4.2 and we want to upgrade it to the latest version.
* You will analyze the current application, identify any potential issues with the upgrade including plugin conflicts (a few of which currently exist) and execute/complete the upgrade process.
