Ruby on Rails & ReactJS Portfolio App

I am looking for a developer with experience in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS to create a portfolio app that showcases my Portfolio balances. The data structures and initial screen have been created. Currently the Dashboard.jsx component renders a ReactJS page with a table displaying the Accounts and their relevant balances for the dates between the select start and end date.. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in Ruby on Rails and ReactJS, as well as experience with finance and developing finance apps.
