Ruby on Rails Interviewer needed
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We are looking for an expert engineer/architect with at least 5 years of experience on Ruby on Rails to act as Interviewer.
This is for one of our clients who are ramping up a team of RoR developers.
The applicant has to have at least 8 years of industry experience with RoR experience of at least 5 years.
Solid experience in OOPS concepts, MVC architecture, REST-API development, databases, version management and development tools is mandatory.
The requirement is to take L1-Interviews of the client's candidates. Each interview will be of 45 minutes to 1 hour. The applicant must be able to take at least 2 interviews per day, minimum 3-4 times per week.
The interview will have to be taken as per the client's requirements which will be explained.
