This does not mean I expect you to work 24/7. This means I expect you to be focused while you work. Not checking email while you develop, but blocking off time to code. It means if we have a milestone to meet, you are able to muster in a few extra paid hours (if needed) to complete the release, with ample time to rest after.
I am looking for someone or a team to start on this project immediately and not waste time trying to have meetings discussing everything that is completely laid out here. I am looking to pay for the speed that someone is able to complete this project. The faster you can complete the project the more I am willing to pay.
