Ruby on Rails Developer Wanted
Budget: ₹500,000 – ₹1,000,000 INR
Hello! I’m on the lookout for a passionate Ruby on Rails Developer to join me in building SaaS product. This is a full-time, remote opportunity focused to work on MVP, with room to grow as the product evolves.
This role is ideal for someone with less than 3 years of experience who has a solid foundation in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and Hotwire.
The product is at the MVP stage, which provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a real-world setting. You’ll work directly alongside a senior developer, benefiting from hands-on mentorship and guidance. This is a unique chance to play a key role in building something from the ground up and making an impactful contribution.
In terms of compensation, unfortunately I have limited budget offering a starting salary of 25,000, with the potential for revision based on your impact and performance. This role is fully remote with flexible hours, giving you a balanced work-life environment.
