Ruby on Rails Developer Needed

I'm looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer. Our Ruby web application is integrated with Stripe (payment gateway) checkout. We are attempting to use Stripe coupons. When a coupon is used, a counter should be decremented preventing the coupon from getting used a 2nd time. This is not working. We need help to find the cause and fix this issue.
