Ruby on Rails Developer ASAP

I am looking for a Rails developer to work on a web based shopping cart and redesign the entire checkout process as ETSY shopping cart. The design need not be so fancy,but it should be functionally sound. The current application is using old CMS platform and the checkout process is slowing down the system. Need an someone who has issues rewriting sql queries, indexing database tables, rewriting shopping cart code. Should be able to start immediately.
