I am looking for a mid-level Ruby on Rails developer to work on a long-term project that will last more than three months. I only need one dedicated resource for this project. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing web applications using Ruby on Rails, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The developer should also have experience in working with databases, specifically PostgreSQL. The project will involve building a web application from scratch, so strong problem-solving and analytical skills are a must. The developer should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and provide regular updates on their progress.
