Ruby on Rails -- 2

Hi there! I'm looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails engineer to help with a web application I'm developing. I am specifically looking for someone who is familiar with version 5.2, though 6.0 and 7.0 can also be considered. Additionally, Git is necessary for this project. I already have my website I just need a piece of code added to it. I am looking to add Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, and Bing Webmaster tools. I prefer someone with a Master's degree in program engineering and someone who has mastered SEO
