Ruby Expert for Website

I'm in a urgent need of Ruby Expert for the study project. I have a devloped code and it is running on heriku.

The technology used are as below:-

Ruby (Backend language)
Ruby on Rails (Framework)

Bootstrap (frontend library)
Html + scss ( Front end)
Jquery + JavaScript

Database : Postgresql
