Ruby Developer to Modify Existing app

We have an existing Ruby app that needs to be modified and maintained regularly. Please bid with your best hourly rate for this kind of projects and write "I am available for work now for x hours" where x is the number of free hours you have left for work today.

If done properly this project will grant you a monthly retainer of about 5-10 hours guaranteed per month for just regular maintenance and communication with our client.
