Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Engineers with strong expertise in React and solid experience in Ruby (preferably Ruby on Rails).

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications used at scale. The position requires strong ownership, engineering excellence, and hands-on experience with TDD and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web applications using React and Ruby/Rails
Follow best practices such as TDD and clean code principles
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to long-term technical strategy and system architecture
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Ensure system reliability through testing, deployment, and monitoring

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Ruby (Rails preferred)
Strong understanding of software design principles and TDD
Experience building scalable enterprise applications
Familiarity with distributed systems
Experience with modern CI/CD tools and pipelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs
Cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Open-source contributions or active developer community involvement
