Refactor Ruby on Rails dashboard -- 2

Would like to revamp our existing client-facing dashboard.

The goal will be to offer a better user experience for our clients.

Tasks:
- understand the existing project
- discuss with the rest of the team about features to implement
- choose a frontend template (e.g. Bootstrap theme)
- implement the features on the monolithic Ruby on Rails project (Agile development)
