Rails Plaid API (assets) Integration

would like someone with experience in working with the Plaid API to integrate the Plaid Assets API with my Rails 7 application.
I have diagrams/workflows, etc.
Deliverables
Integrate the Plaid Assets API in my onboarding wizard (onboarding is conducted with an already logged in user/account already created)
Allow for the ability to connect many different bank accounts
Within the application, we will have a banking details screen. I would like the assets api to be in this view as well
