Rails Boiler Plate app

Wanted a ruby on rails boilerplate code base. Which has a multi-tenant functionality with subdomain added to it using acts_as_tenant gem. Each account will have multiple users and authentication should work with devise gem. Need a simple signup form for account with initial user and login page for the user. Signup form and the user should be with bootstrap CSS.
