PoliPay Issue Resolution in Ruby on Rails

We have a problem with our website, where PoliPay is no longer processing payments.
This started after our code was upgraded from Heroku-16 to -22, and the site's e-mail was set to use SendGrid.
As a proficient Ruby on Rails developer with an understanding of payment mechanisms, your role will involve:
- Identifying the cause of the malfunction and restoring PoliPay's payment functionality.
