I have an existing project developed with Rails and need an expert to fix some issues fast. There will be ongoing yearly maintenance and future updates.

3. Deployment Process (Capistrano Deployment)
4. Database – Postgresql
I prefer a reasonable hourly price as it will be a long-term contract.
